Our laboratory, your quality guarantee
Our goal is to deliver you reliable, long-lasting products. This is why we want to be sure of their value and performance.
The attention we have always given to quality has led us to create an in-house laboratory for testing product characteristics. In 2016, we obtained the necessary equipment and machinery and opened our laboratory in April 2017.
Through to our state-of-the-art systems, we evaluate our doors and windows according to the directives established by standard UNI EN 14351-1:2006.
We submit our fixtures to different tests in order to obtain the highest possible performance. We are able to reproduce extreme climatic conditions in a sealed chamber: we examine the air permeability, water tightness and wind load resistance of our products using air jets and pressurised water.
We also test their degree of thermal insulation and verify the absence of hazardous substances in the materials of which they are composed.
We carry out various types of tests every day in our laboratory. These require a minimum of one or a maximum of three hours each, depending on the type of test to be performed.
Our laboratory also plays a very important role in the creation of new products. In fact, it allows us to check whether the performance of the products envisaged during the design phase has been achieved.
